Our Programs
At NextGen Youth Services, we deliver group and centre-based community participation programs that support social connection, independence, life skills, and future pathways for teens and young adults.
All supports are delivered in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Group & Centre-Based Community Participation
Our core programs are delivered in small group settings and focus on supporting participants to access community, social, and recreational activities.
Using gaming, technology, and shared interests, participants are supported to:
-
Build social skills and confidence
-
Develop communication and teamwork
-
Increase comfort in group and community settings
-
Reduce isolation and strengthen social connections
Programs are structured, low-pressure, and aligned with individual NDIS goals for community participation and capacity building.

Navigating life changes and transitions
These supports are optional and designed to complement group participation.

-

Clinical notes and session documentation are completed within the booked session time and form part of the support delivery.

Career Pathways & Transition Support
Our programs support teens and young adults to prepare for future pathways, including further education, employment, or adult life.
Supports may include:
-
Exploring interests and strengths
-
Building confidence for work and study environments
-
Understanding expectations in adult and community settings
-
Supporting transitions from school into post-school life
Transport to and from our facility can be included where required. This support assists participants who experience barriers accessing community-based programs independently and helps reduce stress for families and carers. Where transport is provided, supports are delivered efficiently without the need to charge for staff waiting time, helping to maximise participant funding and improve overall plan value.

Life Skills & Independence Building
Life skills are developed naturally through group participation and shared activities, supporting:
-
Communication and social interaction
-
Confidence in everyday and community settings
-
Problem-solving and decision-making
-
Increased independence
These supports are delivered as part of group programs and aligned with NDIS goals.
