About NextGen
NextGen Youth Services provides structured, small-group supports for young people who don’t engage in traditional services.
We use gaming, technology and shared interests to help participants build confidence, social skills, emotional regulation and independence — in a way that feels natural, safe and engaging.
Who’s Behind NextGen
NextGen is led by Chris and Amanda, qualified counsellors with experience supporting young people across a range of settings.

Dylan & Our Youth Role Models play a key role in shaping the tech-based programs, helping create environments where young people feel understood and comfortable engaging.
Together, the team combines professional knowledge with real-world understanding to create supports that actually work.
What Makes NextGen Different

WWhy NextGen Exists
We saw a gap.
Many young people weren’t engaging in traditional supports — not because they didn’t need help, but because the environment didn’t feel right.
What we found was simple:
Young people connect more easily through shared interests.
Gaming, technology and doing things together created natural conversations, reduced pressure and built trust.
So we built NextGen — a space where support feels:
