Service Description
NextGen – Level Up is a small-group, high-support program for teens and young adults who struggle with social connection, confidence, emotional regulation, life skills or the transition into work and adulthood. This is not a gaming club. Gaming and technology are the tools — the focus is on building confidence, communication, independence and real-life skills. All sessions run in small 2:1 groups, so participants receive meaningful support in a safe, structured and inclusive environment. OUR PROGRAM OPTIONS • Level Up Connect – social connection & participation • Level Up Build – life skills, goal setting & extra support • Level Up Plus – group support with integrated 1:1 counselling Programs are tailored to each participant’s needs and goals. Cancellation Policy
Bookings Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Ongoing weekly or fortnightly bookings reserve a place specifically for the participant. Cancellations More than 7 days’ notice: No charge Less than 7 days’ notice or non-attendance: May be charged 100% of the session fee, in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements Same-day cancellations: Treated as short notice cancellations Exceptions Cancellation fees may be waived for illness, family emergencies, or exceptional circumstances, at our discretion. Group Sessions Late cancellations impact group viability. Short notice cancellation rules apply to all group programs. Provider Cancellations If NextGen cancels a session, no charge will apply. Late Arrivals Late arrival does not extend session time and the full session fee applies.
